jelly mooncake

this was the first time i did jelly moon cake,luckily it was successful. the flavour were yam and red bean one. next time i want to do the filling are fruit flavour one.

Skin:
1 packet of agar-agar powder
1 liter water
pandan leaves
5 spoons of sugar
100 ml of evaporated milk

Filling:
cook the yam and red bean until they become very soft. Then, add some sugar.

研究发现，代糖'阿斯巴甜'（Aspartame）会过度刺激或干扰神经末梢，增加肌肉紧张，而引发偏头疼。而低糖汽水、无糖口香糖、冰淇淋、综合维他命和许多成药中都含有阿斯巴甜。所以对代糖过敏的人，只要啜饮一小口低糖汽水，就会引发头痛。

I love ah pooh because of someone…..
Someone liked ah pooh so he bought ah pooh for me. Since the time, i began to like ah pooh....^^

"Appreciation"

Finally finished my industrial training, it was a great experience to me although I was quite suffered during the 4 months. I learned a lot of the financial things and I become more confident in expressing myself. Get to know Hwee Li and Hui Yen is a very happy thing for me. We always support each other and explore “something”…HAHA

Also, I appreciated “ai kb” who gave me the understanding and support. I don’t want to tell how much is your efforts, just want to say “Thank you”.

During the following months, I must practice my English in order to achieve my dream. I really hope that I can achieve my dream so that my plan can carry on.
